“Sergeant Mina Richards has served as an Internet Crimes Against Children investigator, Homicide Investigator, Uniform Patrol Supervisor, Homicide Supervisor, and Recruiting Supervisor. She proactively seeks out creative solutions to bridge the gap between her community and her agency. In addition to fully committing herself to service of her agency and community she is also a small business owner, wife and mother of three children.”
