The Southern Coast Team of Direct Mortgage Loans was a group of intelligent professionals with the most uncomplicated program I've ever dealt with to attain a mortgage. This easy access app program I used to simplify transferring sensitive documents to the team, was so easy making the process to be completed in 3 1/2 weeks! This was unbelievable. Fantastic team -- fast, flexible, and knowledgeable. Most loan processes are opaque and require the customer initiative to stay informed. The Direct Mortgage team was in regular contact and, more importantly, took the initiative to resolve the regular data calls associated with the loan process. I highly recommend them.
Chris and his team have been outstanding to work with from the very beginning. I’m a first time home buyer and knew nothing of the process. Everything seemed very overwhelming and Chris offered to sit down with me to help explain every step of the process. Everyone on his team has been super helpful and great to work with. They check in regularly to see how everything is going and keep me updated on what is happening on their end. I never want to go through the home buying process again but if I ever do I will certainly will use Chris and his Direct Mortgage Loans team the next time!
