Clint Yates and his team have been "my go to" for any kind of mortgage on my investment properties, as well as for many of my relatives. What I appreciate most about Clint and his team is their willingness and ability to make a loan possible. With several investment properties, is very difficult to talk to any lender without having them bring the DTI. Clint understands that people holding multiple investment properties cannot be processed the same way as one that holds one or two, and he knows how and how much to credit for rental income within the guidelines of the regulatory requirements. They are expeditious, sharp, follow the requirements, but are able to make loans work that many other would turn down. Highly recommend them!
