Niki Sheppard, began her journey in the mortgage industry in 2016, bringing 16 years of experience in the financial service industry. She has held various roles at every banking level, spanning from teller line staff to Senior Branch Management. Niki takes pride in educating, counseling, and assisting first-time home buyers through the mortgage process.

Outside of work, Niki enjoys family travel, reading, camping, and hosting events. Despite her love for travel, she sees herself as a homebody. Having moved back to her small hometown a couple of years ago, she appreciates the slower pace of life with her husband John, daughter Scarlett, and their pets—Goldendoodle pups Rosie and Raven, and bunny Honey.
