Blake and his team were great! We were dealing with a difficult seller and were behind on some of the items needed for the mortgage. We finally got the last items fulfilled 2 days before the scheduled settlement and were able to close on time thanks to Blake and DML's hard work. Would totally recommend them!

We were referred by the Waldner Winters Team of Keller Williams Realty Center and worked with Victoria through the entirety of our home buying process. She was incredibly responsive, happy to answer questions via text, or hop on a quick call to review anything needed. Additionally, the online portal where all the documents were kept and signed was easy to use and navigate during the entire process. When we did make an offer that was accepted, Victoria picked up the call from the seller's realtor late on a Saturday evening to confirm we were a serious offer and it was accepted the next morning. Responsive, concise, professional, and friendly are the best ways to truly describe our experience with this talented team. Their availability throughout all of this was one of the main reasons why this process was so smooth throughout. When presenting this challenge to them of a quick closing, they were more then willing to help us out. We were able to close in just over two weeks, with barely a hiccup. As a first time home buyer, I was expecting this process to be grueling and hard but it was the easiest and most simple process. Anything I needed weekday or weekend, I was able to receive a timely response. I'm truly in awe of how amazing everyone was and how friendly they were. Blake and his team made the mortgage process such a great experience for me. I am a first-time homebuyer, and had many questions before, during, and after the home purchase. Blake did an amazing job of taking time to answer all of my questions and was gracious and friendly when I would call with (sometimes repetitive) questions.
Justin was also excellent about making sure I had all the documents I needed, and again answering MANY questions throughout.

As a technologist, I respected this process, which ultimately made the purchasing process easy for us. The DML team was able to communicate directly with me and my spouse through the portal, which allowed us to have good communications and our loan process quicker.
