Born and raised on a pumpkin farm in New Mexico, I grew up with a strong foundation rooted in work ethic, discipline, and hard work. At 22, I moved to Arizona and stepped into an entry-level role in the mortgage industry, never imagining it would become my lifelong career. As I grew within the industry, I discovered both a natural ability and a true passion for mortgages. After 17+ years working on the back end of the process, I transitioned into a Loan Officer role, where I quickly realized just how valuable that experience truly is. My background allows me to anticipate challenges, streamline the process, and provide a smoother, more efficient experience for both clients and referral partners.

I had the pleasure of working with Amber when she handled the financing for the buyer on one of my listings. Our client was relocating to Arizona from California, so there were a lot of moving pieces, and Amber made the lending side feel seamless.

We’ve worked with many mortgage brokers and Amber is at the top of the list as best to work with. This was probably the most challenging mortgage we’ve gone through and Amber was able to navigate us through a creative and sophisticated solution.
She claimed at the beginning that challenging loans were her passion and I’m sure we took her to her limits. Every time we were ready to throw in the towel, she would find a better approach.
Her background also includes working on the operations/origination side of the business which adds to her repertoire of experiences and how to take a loan across the finish line.
Although I’m sure she enjoys the easier loans as well, if you have a challenging mortgage that you need to get done, I would not give up or move forward with a lesser solution without running it by Amber first.

I had the pleasure of working with Amber to my purchase my first home. From our initial meeting she was always very thorough and knowledgeable. When there were bumps in the road, she was attentive and patient. If you’ve ever had a lender give you or your client a runaround instead of a straight answer, or go MIA; you know exactly why finding Amber felt like a relief.
She came into lending from an underwriting background, which means she can look at a file and tell you honestly whether it’s going to work, before it ever gets to the backend. That kind of skillset is rare, and it’s made a real difference for my clients and for me.
