Because of the nature of the industry that I work in, get paid is in an unconventional way. Blake and his team went out of their way and took the extra steps to make sure that our mortgage went through without a hitch. We couldn’t be more happy With the result!

I had a wonderful experience with Blake and the entire team at Direct Mortgage. My situation was very fast paced/urgent and although I'm sure it was tough, Blake and his team were so responsive and on top of things. I truly would have been lost without them. Truly. And they were a wonderful educational resource as well. Explained things in a way I could understand without being condescending. Thank you to the entire Direct Mortgage team! I love my new place and can't thank you enough for help making it happen:-)

Blake and his team at Direct Mortgage were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Uploading documents and providing updates was seamless, and Blake consistently checked in with us to make sure we understood every step and felt comfortable with the process. He answered all of our questions thoroughly, was always available when we needed him, and made sure we were getting the best rate possible. While we know this is a business, Blake truly approaches his work from the heart. He genuinely cares about his clients, goes above and beyond to make sure they are happy, and wants to ensure they feel confident that they’ve chosen the right company to work with. Blake helped us purchase our first home seven years ago, and when it came time to purchase our forever home, we knew exactly who we wanted to work with. We chose Blake again because we knew we would be in the right hands. We highly recommend Blake to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated Branch Manager. We also highly recommend Direct Mortgage Loans for all of your mortgage needs. We are incredibly grateful for all of the help and guidance Blake provided throughout our journey!

I had a wonderful experience working with Direct Mortgage Loans. Blake and Brennan were fantastic communicative throughout the entire process, easy to reach, and consistently working behind the scenes to keep everything moving smoothly.
After the appraisal came in, Blake even worked with my realtor to help bring my offer down to match the appraised value, which I truly appreciated. Their dedication and support made the entire process feel seamless.

We had an excellent experience working with Blake Hyatt from Direct Mortgage Loans (DML). As first-time homebuyers, we had very little idea of what to expect when navigating the loan process, but Blake made it so much easier.
He was friendly, easy to talk to, and incredibly responsive—answering our questions at all times of the day. He took the time to explain loan estimates and the entire mortgage process in a way that made sense, which was a huge help in reducing the stress of buying a home. More importantly, he didn’t just process our loan; he actively worked on our behalf, advocating for us and ensuring all the numbers were accurate, especially when dealing with the title company.
The mortgage process can be overwhelming, but Blake’s professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile made a big difference. I’d highly recommend Blake and DML to friends, family, or anyone looking for a loan officer who truly has their best interests in mind.

Blake and his team were great! We were dealing with a difficult seller and were behind on some of the items needed for the mortgage. We finally got the last items fulfilled 2 days before the scheduled settlement and were able to close on time thanks to Blake and DML's hard work. Would totally recommend them!

We were referred by the Waldner Winters Team of Keller Williams Realty Center and worked with Victoria through the entirety of our home buying process. She was incredibly responsive, happy to answer questions via text, or hop on a quick call to review anything needed. Additionally, the online portal where all the documents were kept and signed was easy to use and navigate during the entire process. When we did make an offer that was accepted, Victoria picked up the call from the seller's realtor late on a Saturday evening to confirm we were a serious offer and it was accepted the next morning. Thank you Victoria and DML team!

Responsive, concise, professional, and friendly are the best ways to truly describe our experience with this talented team. Their availability throughout all of this was one of the main reasons why this process was so smooth throughout. Blake, Justin, Francesca, and Vinny were all extremely helpful right from the get go, and made something that might seem daunting, fairly easy. They were extremely informative and could not come any more highly recommended. This is probably one of the best teams out there to get this job done. We are so thankful for Blake and this amazing team.

When presenting this challenge to them of a quick closing, they were more then willing to help us out. We were able to close in just over two weeks, with barely a hiccup. As a first time home buyer, I was expecting this process to be grueling and hard but it was the easiest and most simple process. Anything I needed weekday or weekend, I was able to receive a timely response. I'm truly in awe of how amazing everyone was and how friendly they were. I would recommend Blake's team to anyone and everyone trying to obtain a home loan. We cannot say enough good things about their hard work and resilience. It was an honor to work with them.

Blake and his team made the mortgage process such a great experience for me. I am a first-time homebuyer, and had many questions before, during, and after the home purchase. Blake did an amazing job of taking time to answer all of my questions and was gracious and friendly when I would call with (sometimes repetitive) questions.
Justin was also excellent about making sure I had all the documents I needed, and again answering MANY questions throughout.
The whole team was kind and willing to help and made my experience pretty simple and stress-free. I would recommend them to anyone, especially first-time buyers!

I was very nervous coming into the process of buying our first home. But Blake and his team made me feel confident through the process, always answered my questions and picked up my calls always no matter if it was over the weekend. I'm the type of person who always expects the worst and God knows I bother them so much. :)
But they made these experiences unbelievably pleasant. We are one happy family 🙂

The Direct Mortgage Loan team was absolutely amazing for our home buying process. We were in the process of selling your house and buying your house and the DML team made it very easy for my families transition.
Technology:
The DML team utilize an online portal which made it super easy for me and my spouse to upload all of our documentation to help support our loan process. As a technologist, I respected this process, which ultimately made the purchasing process easy for us. The DML team was able to communicate directly with me and my spouse through the portal, which allowed us to have good communications and our loan process quicker.
Customer Engagement Team:
Blake and Justin Hyatt Made our process of purchasing the home very seamless, and the transition for my family very easy. They were engaged throughout the entire loan process and showing that all of our documentation was in order and was able to Reuse our VA loan on the new home purchase.
This entire team during this process was absolutely great, and I look forward to building more relationships with them through purchasing additional homes.
To the DML team, keep being great and keep helping people secure the best loans for their families.

Our experience with the whole Hyatt team has been tremendous. As we were starting the process, Blake was willing to work with our schedule and took all the time we needed to explain different loan options and figures for our house search. He reached out and followed up many times to make sure we were comfortable with everything. As we narrowed things down, everyone on the team including Justin and Francesca especially were super communicative and helpful to get us through the entire buying experience. Highly recommend!!
