Bart and the team were great to work with. We were in a situation where we were purchasing our home contingent on the sale of our old house which can be stressful. Bart, Leilani and team were lightning quick in a situation that required it, right up to the very hour of closing. I told them what needed to be accomplished and the unfair time frame I needed it. By their actions, they dared me to keep up with them. Real estate transactions are often stressful so knowing my lending and underwriting team were locked in was really helpful. They couldn’t convince the Fed to lower rates by 200bp for me, but I won’t hold that against them. Thanks guys.
