Caleb was great to work with and was able to get us the best rate for our loan. The approval process was not as smooth as I believed it should have been. With us putting 60% down, I don’t believe the scrutiny on where our funds came from should have been so invasive. Also, did not like getting texts requesting information when this should all have been through the portal. With all that I appreciate the effort to get the loan approved within a tight timeframe for closing.

After working with a different Mortgage company, we chose to work with Caleb from Direct Mortgage. Unlike the other company, Caleb took the time to ask questions and listen for the things that were our primary concerns. Caleb developed a few different mortgage strategies of which we felt the one we chose checked all of the boxes related to our concerns. From Contract to Closing was 24 days, and Caleb who was assisted by Tiffany Kochanski assisted us with all of the items that we needed to care for. They were both readily available either through phone conversations or texts all along the way. It is my pleasure to write this review after having the best loan experience in my life. From my initial call to Caleb to the closing on the loan Caleb, Tiffany and Kent have been on the ball. I was initially lost but they all guided me and my wife to a painless home loan. They were so professional, patient and respectful just to name a few. It can be frustrating to call a business and not get anyone BUT Caleb and his team or the exception!! When I called and I called often someone answered right away or I was called back right away and provided the answer to the question I might have asked two other times before. So they are really patient! It’s great to have a motivated and professional team on your side!!

Closed today! Had a rough start getting other lenders to work with us. I guess our approval wasn't as easy as others, so we fell to the wayside a few times. Our realtor connected us with Caleb, and his team. We had a pre-approval in 24 hours. Like he siad we would! Caleb knocked it out of the park for us, and we are forever grateful!
