About Sheena Jones

My path to mortgage lending started with 5 years in banking and 5 years as a realtor, giving me a perspective most loan officers simply don’t have. Since getting licensed in 2018, I’ve combined that background to give my clients something better: a loan officer who truly understands every side of the transaction.

At Direct Mortgage Loans, I take a hands-on approach with every client, walking you through your options so you feel confident and informed. Whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading, or refinancing, my goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me at a coffee shop or out with my realtor partners over good food and great conversation. I’m also a backyard gardener-in-training and the proud (and genuinely terrified) owner of six chickens my kids talked us into. Those birds scare me more than any complicated loan file ever has.

Sheena is the best mortgage loan officer out there. I have worked with her on several occasions and she is always going above and beyond for her clients and helps in every way to get your mortgage lending needs met and to the finish line. She is always available and quick to respond. Her service is top notch. There is no other loan officer out there that is as efficient and hard working than Sheena.

Sheena went above and beyond to help our clients get out of the vicious renting cycle they felt "stuck" in. A prior lender did not provide the best loan program or options. Once they met with Sheena they felt this could finally happen. She thoroughly explained each step and guided them to homeownership. Sheena is the BEST!!!!

You have found your lender!! Don’t read anymore reviews or google searches! Sheena is one of a kind! She was always available at anytime no matter what my question was.
