We had 6 people on our deed so trying to get everyone to respond to her time sensitive emails was a bit challenging, but Amy never showed any frustration even though she had every right to. Why isn’t there 6 stars? If you need a loan this is the place to go. Amy and her team go over the top with your needs. It took me some time to get into my property, about 2 years, to be exact. Amy assigned Mike to my case. Mike literally checked in weekly to see if I had any questions. And if I did they got back to me right away. They maneuvered my case with grace, precision, knowledge, no nonsense, and a great result. They even helped me after I closed and lived in my place for some time. This can only be the place to go. I have used The Amy Wolff Team for two different purchases. I was referred to Amy and her team when relocating to Baltimore City. For our first property I was interested in applying for some of the grant programs through the city and was becoming overwhelmed. Amy and her team guided me through the process, was patient with the timing and hold ups with application processes and were able to help me quickly pivot when things didn't come out as planned.
Our second property we would be co-signing with a family member on their first home. The entire team was patient and informative on the process, what to expect and how we cold plan for the future to transfer ownership.
I would actually call Direct Mortgage Loans before I even contact a realtor.

We love The Amy Wolff Team of Direct Mortgage. We never thought we would own our own home but 3 years ago they helped our dream come true. The process was smooth and on closing day Amy was even there to celebrate with us. Even though they had done their job, they did not forget about us. We get birthday and holiday cards every year along with a yummy pie for Thanksgiving. The nicest gift of all is the hand drawn portrait of our forever home that we proudly display in our front room for everyone to see. We hear from others who have visited our home that they have never heard of a lender doing the things that The Amy Wolff Team does for it's clients. Thank you for going above and beyond what is expected of you. You are AWESOME!!! God bless you.

We purchased our home in 2011 and refinanced it for the first time few years ago using this team and mortgage company. It's been a smooth process working with them each time. Amy W. is someone I've known for 12+ years outside of business. Through her team and knowing her personally, we trust their team and look forward to continuing using them and referring people to them. It's also nice seeing them do special things in the community. Gifting teachers during COVID and receiving an awesome apple pie for Thanksgiving are just some of the small things they continue to do to show appreciation. They're a pretty fun and inviting team.

I can not say enough about Amy and her awesome team. It’s definitely team work and they are on your team from the start. We are thankful for Amy’s Direct mortgage. We have used them to buy two houses and will be back in close to two years to refinance. Thanks for all you’ve done for us.

It was good. It was rocky at first, but we made it through. Interest rate was difficult to bring down after talking about it back and forth. But it was a success when Amy Wolff Team brought down the interest rate and we received a terrific deal with them. They’re awesome people to work it and guide us through everything we needed to know through emails and phone calls. They’re good with explaining with details even though it is small. Kudos!

I am so thankful for the Amy Wolff team!!! I am self-employed, which poses challenges all within itself and when no other financial institution was capable of doing so, they moved mountains to get my financing completed. I have being buying homes since mid 90's, I have not come across such an outstanding team of loan personnel like the Amy Wolff's team of Direct Mortgage lender. Their professional acumen and ethics are superior to none. I do plan to continue to use this team for my future mortgage loan. I had a new home built and Amy and the Direct Mortgage Team was there to walk me through the entire process. Andrea was extremely helpful navigating through the paperwork. Amy is upfront and very knowledgeable. She is so easy to work with and talk to. She answered my questions made me feel comfortable with my investment.
