He is passionate about helping his clients navigate the mortgage process and buying a house – a process which he understands can be overwhelming and confusing. He takes pride in making the experience enjoyable for his clients, as he recognizes that this is most likely the biggest purchase of their lives.

In his spare time, Chad enjoys spending time with his kids, skateboarding, snowboarding, completing yardwork and going on family bike rides around the neighborhood. He is also a local sports fanatic, a live music fan, and an avid fan of Mexican food.

We bought our home in August of 2022 and were navigating some complications, as we were moving from out of state, applying for a mortgage for the first time as a married couple (which was more complex than we anticipated), and trying to settle into a home before the interest rates shot up. We weren't sure what to expect and what might be different in Arizona versus in Tennessee, but Chad walked us through the process, got us through some hiccups, and helped us finally cross the finish line.
