Ricky was excellent in handling the loan request and providing prompt information as to the status of the loan. There was zero issues in requesting and processing the information needed.Debbie, the loan processor was excellent in following up and keeping us informed on e-signing documents and promptly following up on additional information requested by the underwriter.We are very pleased with the attention and speed in which the team handled this loan.

Navigating the home buying process can be incredibly difficult, but working with Ricky and his team at Direct Mortgage Loans is the easiest part about it! Ricky is knowledgeable, answers all of your questions and puts you at ease throughout. Submitting the application and the necessary documents is super easy using the DML app. I would be happy to work with Ricky any time! AND he speaks Spanish so he can explain any of the trickier details in both languages to be sure all is understood. Definitely 5 star service!!
