Billy started his career running his family restaurants (after college at Towson University). It’s there he found his love of customer service. Billy has worked in the legal and real estate industry for over 15 years, focusing on business development & growth.

He has served on the Board of Directors for Business Volunteers Maryland, a nonprofit organization with a focus on connecting companies and individuals to results-focused volunteerism. Currently, Billy sits on the Board of Directors of the Ocean City (Maryland) Chamber of Commerce, is the Chair of the OC Chamber Foundation and was a past chair for the OC Chamber Special Events Committee. He was a past President of the HOA for the Sunset Bay community on 54th street.

Billy currently resides on 28th street with his wife, Holly, and their pups. Billy’s effectiveness at connecting people shines through in his business development skills. He is a Baltimore native and is an avid Orioles and Ravens fan. Outside of work, Billy & Holly can be found traveling (especially if there’s a beach), enjoying live concerts and the theater. They also spend as much time with their (combined) four nieces/nephews and eight godchildren as they can!

We had a wonderful experience working with the Direct Mortgage Loans Team from the application all the way to settlement. Ben Richards, our loan officer, was both professional and personable. Ben was patient and diligent, as he was able to answer the many questions we had as first time home buyers. Throughout the process, Ben continually checked in and ran us numbers for multiple properties. He was responsive and always available for a phone call. After working with the Direct Mortgage Loan Team, it is evident that they are organized and efficient. We highly recommend using them!

Taylor and Corey were the perfect powerhouse team during the entire process! Approved us quickly for a greater amount than any other company!! They answered calls, texts, and emails right away. They were so kind and patient with us and all of our questions. They had competitive approval letters out very quickly and even talked to the sellers to ensure them that our deal would go through - which ultimately led to the sellers choosing us out of 10 other offers!!! They were amazing and made the whole process smooth and stress free. 10/10 recommend this team!
