Dave Whitlach has been a dedicated professional in the mortgage industry since 1997. His passion for connecting with people and providing them with the best information to make informed decisions is matched only by his love for teaching others about the industry’s continuous evolution. Dave has deep roots in his community as an Arizona resident since 1974 and an ASU graduate.

Outside of work, Dave treasures time spent with his family, including his two children, Natalie (21) and Alex (19), both of whom attend NAU. Their Labrador, Gus, holds the title of “favorite child.” When he’s not working, you can find Dave enjoying golf, music, movies, comedy, hiking, travel, and quality time with dogs. His guiding philosophy is captured in his favorite quote by Winston Churchill: “Success is not final, failure is not fatal, it is the courage to continue that counts.”
