Compliance Administrator, Christal Bailey, has been in the mortgage industry for seven years. What she loves most about the industry is that “It’s always changing, and there is always something new to learn. It’s a wonderful feeling knowing in some way you’re helping someone get a home.”
Outside of work Christal volunteers at several organizations in her community. Locally, she is part of her community garden and park team where she helps manage the resources and maintenance throughout the season. A portion of the produce grown is donated to Food Is Free-Tacoma, an organization that provides fresh produce to the community at no cost.
Additionally, she organizes park clean-ups and community gatherings including social and holiday events. Christal also participates in TMAC, a local mutual aid group with the mission to provide essentials through extreme cold and hot weather.
Christal is truly the ‘jack-of-all-trades.’ She not only designed but created this beautiful dress to be worn at our company celebration!
