May Mindfulness Bingo
We kicked off the month with May Mindfulness Bingo! The DML family participated in challenges and activities focused on healthy minds and bodies. Congrats to all our BINGO champions!
DML Step Challenge Results
Promoting physical activity is a key component of mental health. That’s why we organize our annual DML Step Challenge. Over the first two weeks of May, team members put on their walking shoes and tracked their daily steps. Here are our top winners!
- 1st Place: Holly Moody – 170,845 steps (Prize: $100!)
- 2nd Place: Jovan Turner – 149,517 steps (Prize: $75!)
- 3rd Place: Jamie Lopez – 93,822 steps (Prize: $50!)
We also held a random draw for an additional $25 prize, and Kolleen Organek walked away the lucky winner!
Giving Back
Red Cross Blood Drive
At DML, we also enjoy giving back to the community. That’s why we encouraged employees across our organization to sign up to donate blood at a Red Cross Blood Donation Center.
Notes of Encouragement
To support the Baltimore Hunger Project, an organization dedicated to fighting weekend childhood hunger, we created and sent notes of encouragement to be included in school lunches.

To equip our team with valuable tools for self-improvement, we hosted two insightful workshops led by Life Coach & Podcast Host Sydney Cawvey.

- The 3-Step Fail-Safe Evaluation Process: Sydney provided practical strategies for navigating challenges and promoting personal and professional growth.
