National Mortgage News, Best Mortgage Companies To Work For 2021

National Mortgage News and the Best Companies Group have announced the Best Mortgage Companies to Work For in 2021. This year, Direct Mortgage Loans ranked 15th out of the top 50 mortgage companies nationwide. Rankings are determined by employee surveys covering eight factors: leadership and planning, corporate culture and communications, role satisfaction, work environment, relationship with supervisor, development and resources, pay and benefits, and overall engagement.
