Oliver Gibson began his career as an Inside Sales Representative before working his way up to Production Partner, then Loan Officer, and ultimately Branch Manager, where he oversaw a $100MM branch. His success in leadership and growth strategy led to his promotion to National Branch Development Manager. Being at Direct Mortgage Loans has allowed Oliver to help people navigate the home buying process and believes that when you love what you do and work for a company that shares your values, it never feels like work.
