We were referred by the Waldner Winters Team of Keller Williams Realty Center and worked with Victoria through the entirety of our home buying process. She was incredibly responsive, happy to answer questions via text, or hop on a quick call to review anything needed. Additionally, the online portal where all the documents were kept and signed was easy to use and navigate during the entire process. When presenting this challenge to them of a quick closing, they were more then willing to help us out. We were able to close in just over two weeks, with barely a hiccup. As a first time home buyer, I was expecting this process to be grueling and hard but it was the easiest and most simple process. Blake and his team made the mortgage process such a great experience for me. I am a first-time homebuyer, and had many questions before, during, and after the home purchase. Blake did an amazing job of taking time to answer all of my questions and was gracious and friendly when I would call with (sometimes repetitive) questions.
