Fred Militello

Fred Militello brings extensive mortgage experience to the team. He initially joined the financial industry on the banking side and then Fred made the move to mortgages and hasn’t looked back. He learned it felt better to help lend someone money to purchase a home where they would spend cherished moments with their loved ones.

As the son of Italian immigrants, Fred witnessed the importance qualities such as dedication, compassion, and perseverance had in setting the next generation up for success, as his parents were hard workers themselves. These are qualities he is glad he inherited.

Fred finds it rewarding to help his clients during the mortgage process – whether this is their first home purchase, or if they’re a seasoned real estate investor. He approaches every client with the same care and compassion, leveraging his expertise in brokerage banking and insurance to offer a financial perspective that guides creative solutions.

Outside of work, Fred enjoys motorcycles, skiing, outdoor hobbies, listening to music, and spending time with his family and friends.
