First time buying a house. DML made it simple in the long run. But we had to ask a lot of questions. They were good and took the time to explain things when we asked. I would have liked a walk through of the steps in the beginning to include costs.I recommend “Buying a house for dummies”. I finally broke down to buy that book and gain some knowledge.
