I finished closing of my new home with the help of Michelle, Jamie, and Sherry in the office. Actually, they helped me from the beginning by issuing pre-approval letter, which helped us getting our offer accepted by the seller easier. While we were actively searching for the house, she provided me with tons of useful information regarding the home-buying process. I can't express with words how AMAZING is Michelle Jacinto and her team !!! I have done multiple transactions with them and you will be amazed how fast and efficient they are ,we closed in 13 DAYS !!!!! My experience with Direct Mortgage was one of extreme satisfaction. The assistance to close this loan, which was provided by Mary Ledcke, Pam Shosey and Michelle Jacinto, was an experience which should be the norm for all loan applicants. These three individuals went above and beyond their normal duties to assist with getting this loan funded and closed. There were issues related to financial documentation on a previous loan which was never received by myself in almost 2 years. Not having this documentation could have caused this loan to not close. But the ladies above really went to bat to assist with getting this issue resolved by all means necessary. I will forever sing their praises.

WOW! This team goes the extra mile! Michelle, Rebekah and Kelly were all so wonderful in helping us t purchase a new home! From the very first time we spoke with them, we felt comfortable and well taken care of. They explained everything and introduced who we would be working with over the course of the buying experience. Along the way, many questions arise and Michelle never hesitated to call me on the weekend or after 5 to make sure I had the information I needed to be able to make good decision. When we found a house and there were some hold ups in time line, they were calm, informative and so helpful - calling other parties as needed and volunteering to explain everything fully! It's always nice when someone gets the job done right - they of course did that, but along the way they treated us with kindness, and warmth and we felt like family!
