Billy started his career running his family restaurants (after college at Towson University). It’s there he found his love of customer service. Billy has worked in the legal and real estate industry for over 13 years, focusing on business development and growth.

He has served on the Board of Directors for Business Volunteers Maryland, a nonprofit organization with a focus on connecting companies and individuals to results-focused volunteerism. Currently, Billy sits on the Board of Directors of the Ocean City (Maryland) Chamber of Commerce and is the co-chair for special events.

Billy’s effectiveness at connecting people shines through in his business development skills. He currently splits time between the branch offices in Ocean City and Bel Air, Maryland. He is a Baltimore native and is an avid Orioles and Ravens fan. Outside of work, Billy can be found traveling (especially if there’s a beach), enjoying live concerts and the theater. He also stays busy entertaining his four nephews, niece and three godchildren.

Ben was patient and diligent, as he was able to answer the many questions we had as first time home buyers. Throughout the process, Ben continually checked in and ran us numbers for multiple properties. He was responsive and always available for a phone call. Taylor and Corey were the perfect powerhouse team during the entire process! Approved us quickly for a greater amount than any other company!! They answered calls, texts, and emails right away. They were so kind and patient with us and all of our questions.
