Dean will serve on Direct Mortgage Loans’ Executive Leadership Team and will be responsible for projects relating to sales leadership and training; business development initiatives; branch architecture, strategy and coaching; community impact projects; recruiting and sourcing candidates; acting as a brand ambassador for the company; enhancing, building and maintaining opportunities for sales collaboration; and membership and contribution to the Executive Leadership Team of Direct Mortgage Loans.
