Branch Manager, Laurie Johnson of The Southern Coast Team of Direct Mortgage Loans has been in the mortgage industry for three years. When asked what she loves about the mortgage industry she states, “The ability to own each individual customer experience and make them feel like they are my only client, whether it’s a home buyer or a realtor. I love being able to understand the complexities of a complicated industry and then translating it to our customers so that it makes sense.”
Outside of work you can find Laurie spending time with friends and family or playing pool. Moreover, she has been a part of the American Pool Player’s Association for over 25 years, which has allowed her to gain numerous life-long friendships!
Furthermore, during DML Fest she volunteered at The Ruth M. Kirk Recreation and Learning Center in the local Baltimore community. The Ruth M. Kirck Recreation and Learning Center is an organization that provides basic family necessities and hygiene products to kids in the community.
Laurie- In such a short period you have accomplished so much. We want to congratulate you again on your recent promotion to branch manager.
