Please help us give a warm welcome to DML’s newest Branch Manager, Andrew Payne, as he opens DML’s newest branch location in Columbus, Ohio.
Andrew grew up in central Ohio and attended Ohio University where he was a member of the football team. As a college athlete, Andrew developed a character that enables him to associate with all people and help them thrive.
He chose DML for the people and the mindset, sharing: “From day 1 of our discussions everyone was so genuine and positive. The leadership stage painted a picture for my future that I would have painted myself given the chance. When they all talked about my future it made me realize how much they had listened to my thoughts throughout the process, and made me feel at home even before I had made the decision.”
