Branch Manager, Michelle Jacinto loves to help her clients achieve their home financing goals. Her and her team work together to ensure the process is as smooth as possible for their clients. Michelle shared, “Nothing makes me happier than helping a new homeowner, especially in this challenging, competitive market, and helping clients save money with a refinance to become financially free.”
Over her 20-year mortgage career, Michelle has helped many families with their mortgage needs, and find it rewarding to continue her mortgage legacy, by helping the children of her original clients purchase homes themselves. Michelle also shared, “Seeing my team grow and helping support their goals and families through our work is very satisfying.”
Earlier this year, Michelle and her team were awarded Best of the Region for the second year in a row from the NWI Times. Additionally, Michelle has been recognized as one of the Top 1% of Mortgage Originators in the US, and a Top Originator by Scotsman Guide. This is no surprise to us. Since joining the #DMlfamily, Michelle has helped over 1,400 families with their mortgage needs, and continues to give back to the community by supporting the following organizations: American Heart Association, NWI Food Bank, Local Police Departments, Toys for Tots, Paws for Cause, Lake Central Hockey and their Local American Legions.
