Hank is phenomenal. We were VERY nervous first time homebuyers with endless questions throughout the entire process. Not only was Hank always willing to answer every question (sometimes multiple times as we slowly developed an understanding of how everything comes together), he was willing to explain thoroughly and check for our understanding every time. Hank is diligent, dedicated, and extremely knowledgeable. He made himself available to us even at odd hours. His team (Evelyn Pioquinto & Savannah Rodgers) were also prompt, patient, and very helpful as well. I will absolutely recommend him to everyone I know looking to open a loan.

Hank has been great through the whole convoluted process of buying out my SIL from a home left to my wife and SIL upon my MIL’s passing. I hit him with every dumb question and request you could think of and he was always there. We actually formed a friendship that supersedes business and have plans to play a round of golf together. Great guy, very knowledgeable as was he whole team.

Hank was super attentive and really helped us understand the process and what we can afford. Through the ups and downs we knew he was there to help us and made us feel like there was no dumb question (even though I’m sure we asked a few lol) We had a nightmare situation where our contract on a first house fell through less than a month before we had to be out of our apartment and he and his team were able to help us get from offer to close in just under a month on another home!
