As the year comes to a close, Direct Mortgage Loans embraced the holiday spirit with a series of festivities aimed at bringing one another together for some festive fun. From creative photo contests to virtual bingo nights, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Check out the highlights of each event!

Most Iconic Holiday Photo Contest

The Pride committee organized the Most Iconic Holiday Photo Contest where team members were encouraged to share their most iconic holiday photos throughout December. Here are a few of our favorite submissions!

DML Giving Tree to the Ruth M. Kirk Foundation

In the true spirit of giving, DML set up an Amazon Toy & Bike Drive Wish List! All items purchased from the wish list were donated to The Ruth M. Kirk Recreation and Learning Center. We set up a Giving Tree which featured paper ornaments representing each purchased toy!

DML’s Secret Santa

DML’s Pride Committee held a Secret Santa to spread some holiday cheer and embrace the spirit of giving. Participants shared wish lists and two clues about themselves before a virtual gift exchange. The event concluded with a fun online gathering where everyone guessed their Secret Santa and unwrapped their gifts!

Virtual Bingo Night

Karla Weinhold, the Director of Training & Development, organized a Virtual Bingo Night, bringing together DML team members and their families. Multiple rounds of bingo were played, and the lucky winners included Hillary Cochin, Shanae Munn’s Family, Samantha Coombs Family, Andy Betz, Kolleen Organek,

Vision Board Party

Looking ahead to 2024, DML hosted a Vision Board Party at its corporate headquarters. This creative event allowed team members to come together and envision their goals for the upcoming year.
