Ongoing coaching and development are crucial for career growth. DML provides a six-month training program for originators who aspire to become a successful branch manager. Our executive leadership team leads DML YoU’s training program, which is designed to develop crucial leadership skills. Additionally, all branch managers receive structured coaching through DML Elite. Weekly coaching calls are conducted by CEO Michael Naylor, President Ashley Mills, Chief Production Officer Dean Johnson, or Chief Strategy Officer Jan Ozga to guide and hold the branch managers accountable for their goals and activities.
