Down Payment Specialist, Roni Sierra from The Amy Wolff Team of Direct Mortgage Loans has been in the industry for more than 10 years. When asked what she loves about the mortgage industry she shared the following “I enjoy the fast-paced environment and how there is always something new to learn or improve on- there is never a slow or boring day.” Additionally, she loves helping first-time home buyers (or as she says ‘little sponges’) because they’re always so willing to learn!
You can spot Roni, or as many like to call her the “Preapproval Ninja” on the road with her bright, orange Preapproval Ninja Bumper sticker. Which was given to her by Branch Manager, Amy Wolff for her incredible work.
Before the pandemic, Roni would volunteer with the Interfaith Housing Agency in Fredrick as a Credit Counselor in her free time. She is looking forward to starting up again once they begin accepting volunteers again!
Furthermore, Roni has recently started teaching virtual Adulting 101 sessions that The Amy Wolff Team holds monthly. Which educates first-time homebuyers on the process of qualifying for a mortgage and buying a home.
